FAQ

  • I live in Anchorage, Alaska, but I take on clients from all over that are within a few hours of driving.

  • It depends on what video we’re making. I tend to shoot for under 90 seconds for any video that is being posted on social media, but if it’s a Company Culture video or even a music video, it can be as long as it needs to be.

  • If you decide you want to sign on to a creative retainer with me, then we usually start at 6 months. I’ve done the 1-3 month content schedule, and it’s not enough time to get to know you and your business. 6 months is ideal to connect.

  • I try my hardest to make sure that doesn’t happen, which is why we’ll talk about everything before a camera gets switched on or a graphic made, but sometimes it happens. It’s the nature of the game. Be honest with me when you don’t like something, give me specific’s on what you don’t like. I’ll change it til you’re happy.

  • I try to keep them under an hour if it’s just a check in, but I recommend scheduling an hour and a half on your calendar.

  • At the beginning of every month I send you an invoice, and you can either use a card to pay through my payment service or you can mail a check.
